The Mestral brand, originally associated with our most emblematic oil, is now a parachute brand that includes the best natural products in our area: a wide variety of artisanal herbal and balsamic vinegars, oil caviar, honey from our mountains, wines and cavas from local producers, a selection of dried fruits from the Baix Camp, olives and olive pates. Proximity products with all the essences and original properties and all the guarantees of quality and food safety. MESTRAL BIO, OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY
Cooperativa de Cambrils, leading LIFE COOP2020 project, is committed to sustainability and respect for the environment. After a great effort we launched our new line Mestral BIO, where the main holder is Arbequina extra virgin olive oil with certifcation of Organic Farming. An EVOO with a huge personality. Presented in 250 ml and 500 ml glass bottles with a premium design. In addition, we also present Mestral BIO red wine vinegar in a 250 ml glass container

Selection of products promoted by the Chef @jeromequilbeuf and Cooperativa de Cambrils, and designed by Debonatinta graphic studio and @LeoArtBro illustrations (New Zealand). A fresh, cool design, with pop art reminiscences that will not leave anyone indifferent. The three products that make up this product line are: Mestral Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil Condiment with hot chili pepper and Aceto Balsámico di Modena IGP.
TRADITIONAL CONDIMENTS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY
Product line of flavoured olive oils made with top quality ingredients: Mushrooms varieties as Funghi Porcini and Black trufe, Mediterranean ingredients as lemon and basil, gourmet products as Black garlic, a hot version with the red chili peppers and a surprising product as rose flowers.

EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL - ARBEQUINA
Mestral ©Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) made of 100% Arbequina olives according SIQEV standards by Qvextra International Association. The cooperative has obtained the IFS Food certifcation (2018). The EVOO has an acidity below 0.2% and fruity level over 4 points.
VINEGAR
Wine vinegards made with the regional of grape varieties Grenache and Muscat. Moreover, we have added an apple vinegar to this range of products, the Sherry Vinegar PDO, and an Aceto balsamico di Modena IGP.
OLIVES, OLIVE PASTE
Selection of olives of the regional varieties: arbequina, partides, empeltre and manzanilla. Empeltre and Catalan style olives.
OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC CAVIAR
The spherifcations of olive oil obtained are created with gelling (alginate) encapsulating. We have developed the Mestral Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the Muscat balsamic caviar
PREMIUM HONEY
Certifed local honey directly from our beekeeper. Monovarietal Rosmarinus, Orange flower and wild flowers.
NUTS
Raw and roasted hazelnuts from Baix Camp county. Raw and roastedalmonds (llargueta and marcona) and nuts.
