Characteristics
Old vines. Fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks for approximately 20-25 days at 25ºC, pressed and subsequent malolactic fermentation of about 30 days. Part of the wine is raised in oak for about 3-4 months. Coupage of Carignane, Red Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Colour: Intense red-violet colour. Aroma: notes of red and black fruit and spicy hints. Palate: Very fresh, complex and soft wine on the palate, with a long route.
Food Pairing To accompany cheeses, white and red meats, stews, etc.
Serving Temperature 16-18 ºC.
Alcohol content: 14.3% vol. Contains Sulphites
