Agricultural Cooperative of Cambrils Marks the Total Solar Eclipse with a Limited Edition of Mestral Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Cambrils Agricultural Cooperative is celebrating one of the most remarkable astronomical events of the century with the launch of a Limited Edition of its 250 ml Mestral Extra Virgin Olive Oil, created to commemorate the Total Solar Eclipse that will cross Spain on August 12, 2026.

At the Heart of Cambrils' Official Eclipse Viewing Area

In partnership with the Cambrils Town Council, the Cooperative will play a central role in the celebrations. Its facilities will serve as the official parking area for the thousands of visitors expected to travel to Cambrils to witness this extraordinary event.

The Official Eclipse Viewing Area, specially prepared by the Town Council, is located immediately next to the Cooperative, making the site one of the most privileged locations from which to experience this rare celestial phenomenon.

Mestral Eclipse EVOO – A Taste of an Unforgettable Moment

To mark this once-in-a-lifetime occasion, the Cooperative has created a special commemorative edition of its award-winning Mestral Extra Virgin Olive Oil, offering visitors a meaningful and authentic souvenir that captures the spirit of the event.

Presented in a 250 ml glass bottle, the design features exclusive artwork inspired by the Total Solar Eclipse and its connection with the Mediterranean landscape of Cambrils.

The Mestral Eclipse label also includes the date of the eclipse and the GPS coordinates of the Official Viewing Area, transforming every bottle into a unique keepsake of this historic day.

Designed for food lovers, olive oil enthusiasts, astronomy fans and collectors alike, this limited edition celebrates the meeting of nature, science and Mediterranean gastronomy.

Only 1,000 bottles have been produced. The edition will be available from August 7 at the Cooperative's Agrobotiga shop while stocks last.
